Pearl is a mixed-use, urban village offering creative office space, unique residential lofts, and dynamic restaurant and retail spaces. There are several phases of residential available at Pearl. At this time, all residential properties are for lease only, not for sale. CIA Building (DELIVERING NOVEMBER 2010) Six apartments and two penthouses are currently being constructed in the CIA Building next to the Culinary Institute of America. There are one and two-bedroom options ranging from 886 to 1,508 square feet. Each loft is two-stories with an internal staircase, featuring open ceilings and floor plans. Spaces range from 850 to 1550 square feet. Pearl offers a 4:1000 square foot parking ratio. Smaller office spaces may be available in our Residential Live/Work lofts, which range from 850 to 1,550 square feet.
